A Father’s Day Experience


This Father’s Day, Gaucho collaborates with Fogón Asado to present an exclusive limited-edition dining experience inspired by Argentine fire cooking, craftsmanship and exceptional steak.

Available from 19th to 21st June 2026 exclusively at Gaucho Hampstead, Tower Bridge, Cardiff and Edinburgh, the £40 experience includes a Miso-Chipotle Marinated 300g Ribeye served with sides, alongside an exclusive handcrafted Gaucho x Fogón Asado engraved knife; designed and made in Argentina in tribute to traditional Asado culture.

With only 80 knives available nationwide, this limited-edition collaboration celebrates bold flavour, fire-led cooking and the rituals behind great steak.

Founded by hospitality innovators Alex Pels and Danielle Jenster alongside Chef Sebastián Cardamoni, Fogón Asado is known for immersive dining experiences inspired by the traditions of Argentine Asado culture.

Centred around live-fire cooking, expertly grilled steak and the ritual of the parrilla, Fogón brings guests closer to the craft behind Argentine dining; celebrating fire, flavour and exceptional hospitality.
